Getting in Control Of Your Posture

Posture can be a problem for everyone, whether you start life with it or not. I've always had knocking knees as my legs slope slightly inward, but I mainly had problems when I was stuck on my feet for 8-10 hours a day working in retail in my summers away from university.
I had insoles that helped support my arches a bit better, but now there are loads of women's sandals on the market that are great for your posture, and even help to tone your legs.

Some come in flip flop or sandal form, but you can get them in trainers too, it's a great way to help straighten up your posture and alleviate or prevent any pains or problems.
Remember, always try to stand and sit straight with your shoulders back - don't hunch! - and if you have painful posture problems you should always consult to a doctor.
